Abstract: Disclosed is a display device with integrated touch screen, which prevents external light from being reflected by touch electrodes without a polarizer. Abstract: Discussed are an organic light emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display device can include first electrodes that are disposed on a substrate, organic light-emitting layers that are disposed on the first electrodes, banks that overlap edges of the first electrodes and define pixels, light-blocking layers that are disposed on the banks, and resin layers that are disposed between the light-blocking layers and include an adhesive material. A resin transfer pattern that penetrates each of the light-blocking layers from one side to the other side may be formed in the light-blocking layers. The resin layer disposed on one side of each of the light-blocking layers and the resin layer disposed on the other side of the light-blocking layer are connected to each other via the resin transfer pattern.
