Abstract: A touch display device can include a substrate having a display area and a non-display area located outside of the display area; at least one subpixel disposed in the display area including a display anode electrode, an emission layer and a display cathode electrode; and a display driving transistor disposed in the display area and being configured to drive the display anode electrode. Abstract: A touch display device can include a touch electrode implemented using a material and disposed on a transmissive area of a subpixel. The touch electrode can be disposed easily in a display panel which a transmittance is high. Furthermore, a short circuit prevention electrode can be disposed between a second electrode of a light-emitting element and the touch electrode to reduce a defect occurrence of the touch electrode in a process, and various types of touch sensing function can be provided or a performance of a touch sensing can be improved by using the short circuit prevention electrode as an electrode performing a certain function.

Specifically, there may be provided a touch display device comprising a display area in which a plurality of subpixels are arranged in a first direction and a second direction, a reference voltage line extending along the first direction in a first line area between the plurality of subpixels, a data line extending along the first direction in a second line area between the plurality of subpixels, a driving voltage line extending along the first direction in a third line area between the plurality of subpixels, a touch electrode pattern disposed to overlap the reference voltage line or the driving voltage line, and a touch driving circuit applying a touch driving signal to the touch electrode pattern through a touch line and detecting touch according to a change in capacitance.

The encapsulation layer has a sloped surface between the touch pad and the touch electrodes, and the touch lines are arranged on the sloped surface of the encapsulation layer having a corresponding slope.

Abstract: A touch display device and a touch display panel are provided. The touch display panel includes a bend area adjacent to the periphery of the touch display panel, and touch lines disposed in the bend area have zigzag shapes that extend at angles with respect to a bend axis about which the bend area is bent. A first dielectric layer includes a compensation pattern that is located in the bend area and includes an opening that extends in a direction parallel to the bend axis. A second dielectric layer protrudes into the opening of the compensation pattern in a depth direction. During bending of the bend area, this configuration disperses force applied to portions of the touch lines and the dielectric layers in the bend area. This can consequently prevent both cracking due to bending and moisture permeation due to cracks.

Abstract: Discussed are a touch display panel, a touch display device, and a driving method thereof, wherein a constant voltage is applied to a cathode electrode during a period for sensing a finger touch or a pen touch, thereby performing touch sensing while performing display driving. In addition, a signal having the same phase and potential as the signal applied to the touch electrode is applied to the cathode electrode during a period for transmitting an uplink signal to the pen, thereby eliminating parasitic capacitance between the touch electrode and the cathode electrode, preventing transmission delay of the uplink signal, improving the recognition rate of the uplink signal, and enhancing the performance of pen-touch sensing.
