    Abstract: A touch display device is disclosed. By making at least one of a thickness or an angle of inclination of an insulating layer disposed on an area where a touch routing line is disposed on a non-active area of a display panel and an area that lacks the touch routing line to be different from each other, a short circuit between touch routing lines due to a defect in a process arranging the touch routing lines can be reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device. By differentiating a cutting shape of a boundary of a portion constituting a touch electrode or a touch routing line and a cutting shape of a boundary of a portion constituting a dummy electrode, a repair of a touch sensor structure can be performed easily in a process implementing the touch sensor structure in a display panel.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device, as a touch insulating film positioned under a touch electrode has a step difference and the touch electrode is disposed along a surface of the touch insulating film having the step difference. Thus, an area of the touch electrode disposed on an identical region increases and touch sensitivity can be improved. Furthermore, since the touch electrode is positioned lower toward from a central portion to an outer portion, a structure of the touch electrode being capable of improving touch sensitivity can be implemented without reducing a viewing angle of a light emitted from a light-emitting element positioned under the touch electrode.

    Abstract: A touch display device includes: a display panel comprising: a plurality of subpixels; and a plurality of touch electrodes; and a touch sensing circuit configured to: supply a touch driving signal to the display panel; and detect a touch sensing signal to sense a touch, wherein the plurality of touch electrodes comprises: a plurality of X-touch electrode (XTE) lines, each comprising a plurality of XTEs, the plurality of XTE connecting lines being configured to connect adjacent XTEs to each other, among the plurality of XTEs, and a plurality of Y-touch electrode (YTE) lines intersecting the plurality of XTE lines, each YTE line comprising a plurality of YTEs, the plurality of YTE connecting lines being configured to connect adjacent YTEs to each other, and wherein at least two YTE connecting lines, among the plurality of YTE connecting lines, are between two neighboring subpixels of the plurality of subpixels.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a pad area; a thin film transistor in the display area; a light emitting film layer on the thin film transistor; an encapsulation layer on the light emitting film layer; a touch buffer layer on the encapsulation layer; a bridge, first touch electrodes and second touch electrodes disposed on the touch buffer layer; a touch insulating film disposed between the bridge and the first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes; a touch pad in the pad area; a touch sensing line connected to the first touch electrodes; and a touch driving line connected to the second touch electrodes, wherein at least one of the touch sensing line and the touch driving line is provided on a side surface of the encapsulation layer.
