Abstract: The present invention is to provide a mobile terminal and a method for controlling the same that may secure an appropriate amount of light for a subject and minimize a shadow of the subject even when capturing an image in a close-up manner using a camera embedded in the mobile terminal. One aspect of the present disclosure proposes a mobile terminal including a rear cover having an opening defined therein, a camera disposed to be optically exposed to the outside through the opening, a flash surrounding the camera, wherein the flash is disposed to be optically exposed to outside through the opening, a support frame surrounding the flash and being attached to one surface of the rear cover corresponding to a periphery of the opening while being externally exposed to outside through the opening, and a cover glass attached to the support frame to cover the camera and the flash.

Abstract: The present invention is related to an electronic device and a method for controlling the electronic device. According to the present invention, if a Point Of Interest (POI) to be enlarged is selected from a camera image, resizing is performed with a predetermined resizing speed while the POI is being zoom-processed to be displayed at the center of a screen, and thereby an arbitrary area may be enlarged or decreased, providing an effect of smoothly enlarging or decreasing the POI.

Abstract: A mobile terminal according to the present invention comprises: a main body; a camera provided in the main body and comprising first and second lenses, which have different telephoto ratios; and a control unit for correlating, on the basis of a specific subject, a first image captured through the first lens with a second image captured through the second lens, wherein the control unit correlates a first region of the first image, in which a first graphic object corresponding to the specific subject is included, with the second image including a second graphic object corresponding to the specific subject and, when a preset manner of touching is applied to the first region of the first image in a state in which the first image is outputted on a touch screen, controls the touch screen such that the second image is outputted thereon.

Abstract: A mobile terminal includes: a display unit configured to output an image photographed by a camera; at least one camera configured to, based on that a user input for selecting a specific object in the image is applied, track movement of the specific object; and a controller configured to output the specific object in one area within an image frame for a preset time by tracking the movement of the specific object, wherein the controller, based on that a preset user input is applied to the specific object in the image, outputs an object corresponding to each of at least one area within the image frame, and, based on that a user input for selecting one of the objects is applied, outputs the specific object in one area within an image frame corresponding to the selected object.
