    Abstract: A mobile terminal according to the present disclosure comprises: a terminal body; a display unit mounted on the terminal body; a first camera which is disposed on one surface of the terminal body and takes a photograph at a first angle of view; a second camera which is disposed adjacent to the first camera and takes a photograph at a second angle of view larger than the first angle of view; and a controller which sets a white balance reference value using image data acquired by the second camera and outputs, to the display unit, a corrected image acquired by correcting an image, captured by the first camera, on the basis of the white balance reference value.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and a method for controlling same. More specifically, the present invention provides a mobile terminal and a method for controlling same, the mobile terminal comprising: a body; an input unit for receiving a user input; a display coupled to the body such that a display region viewable on the front surface of the body can vary depending on switching between an extended display mode and a reduced display mode; and a control unit, wherein the control unit: receives a first signal for outputting a recently used application list while a first application is output on the display, the recently used application list including a first application layout icon; receives a second signal for selecting the first application layout icon; divides the region of the display on the basis of the first application layout icon, when the second signal is received; and outputs at least one application in the divided region of the display.

    Abstract: A method of controlling a mobile terminal includes the steps of injecting a laser signal to a direction at which a camera is facing, receiving a reflected laser signal corresponding to the injected laser signal returned in a manner of being reflected to a subject, calculating a distance from the subject using a difference between time of injecting the laser signal and time of receiving the reflected laser signal, calculating standard illuminance of a flash based on the distance from the subject, injecting light by controlling the flash according to the standard illuminance and storing a first image including the subject using a camera module. According to the method, since it is able to obtain an image of which a whole screen is maintained by a reasonable brightness, a subject and a background can be included in an image.
