Abstract: A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, by which safety of a car passenger can be secured. The present invention includes a wireless communication unit configured to perform wireless communication, an output unit, and a controller to control the wireless communication unit to receive, from a vehicle, sensing data of the vehicle, wherein based on the received sensing data, when a current state of the vehicle corresponds to a preset example, the controller to output, at the output unit, a danger warning.
