    Abstract: Provided are a method for performing wireless communication by a first device, and an apparatus for supporting same. The method may comprise: obtaining a sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration including information related to a timer for an active time and information related to a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer; starting the timer for the active time; receiving, from a second device through a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) based on a first SL resource, a first sidelink control information (SCI) for scheduling of a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) and a second SCI; and receiving, from the second device through the PSSCH based on the first SL resource, the second SCI and data. Herein, based on resource allocation information for a second SL resource being included in the first SCI, the first device may not monitor retransmission of the data from the second device in a time domain between the first SL resource and the second SL resource, and based on the resource allocation information for the second SL resource not being included in the first SCI, the HARQ RTT timer included in the SL DRX configuration may be started by the first device.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing measurement results for early measurement in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives, from a network, measurement configuration for early measurement, wherein the measurement configuration includes 1) a first frequency group for a first Radio Access Technology (RAT), and 2) a second frequency group for a second RAT. A wireless device transmits a measurement report including the measurements results of only one of the first frequency group and the second frequency group. A wireless device discards the stored measurement results of the other one of the first frequency group and the second frequency group which are not transmitted to the network.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for forwarding system information for a remote UE by a relay UE in wireless communication system, the method comprising: establishing a link between a remote UE and the relay UE for communicating between the remote UE and the network via the relay UE; receiving assistance information including a serving cell identity of the remote UE from the remote UE; checking whether a serving cell identity of the relay UE and the serving cell identity of the remote UE are same or not; and forwarding system information block (SIB), which was already received by the relay UE from the network, to the remote UE via the link if the serving cell identity of the relay UE and the serving cell identity of the remote UE are different.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a measurement handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system, the method comprises: receiving information for a validity timer from a network; starting the validity timer to be expired at a first expiration time point based on the information; while the validity timer is running, performing a measurement on one or more neighbor cells and performing cell reselections; determining a mobility state based on a number of the cell reselections; adjusting, based on the mobility state, the first expiration time point to a second expiration time point of the validity timer that is currently running; and stopping the measurement upon reaching the second expiration time point.
