The cold air supply device may comprise: a thermoelectric element having an endothermic surface facing the storage chamber and an exothermic surface facing a heat dissipation space; a cold sink attached to the endothermic surface; a heat sink attached to the exothermic surface; a module heat-insulating material for surrounding the thermoelectric element between the cold sink and the heat sink; a cold air circulation fan disposed on the upper side of the cold sink; and a heat dissipation fan disposed on the lower side of the heat sink.-
