The contacts and the counter contacts contact one another when the functional unit is secured on the mounting base in order to supply the functional unit with current.

The mounting system also includes at least one strap lock for mounting to a floor adjacent to the wall. The strap lock(s) is operable between a locked position and an unlocked position. Further, the mounting system includes at least one strap routed through the wall attachment location(s), the appliance attachment location(s), and the strap lock(s). Thus, when in the locked position, the strap lock secures the strap in place, thereby securing the appliance to the wall.
