Abstract: Disclosed is a method for controlling an intelligent device, the method including: acquiring source data for generating a profile of a user; generating a cluster related to recommendation of a service by using the source data; generating the profile of the user using the cluster; and transmitting the profile of the user to a server, wherein the server recommends the service to the user based on the profile of the user. Accordingly, the present disclosure may automatically recommend an appropriate service to a user.
