    Abstract: A driver-drill (1) includes a motor (6) having a stator (61) and a rotor (62); an output part (8) including: a spindle (81), which is disposed more forward than the motor and, in response to application of a rotational force transmitted from the rotor, is rotated around a rotational axis (AX) extending in the front-rear direction; and a chuck (82), which is mounted on the spindle; and a speed-reducing mechanism (30), which is configured to rotate the output part at a rotational speed that is lower than the rotational speed of the rotor but at a higher torque. The maximum fastening torque of the output part is 160 N·m or more.

    Abstract: A driver drill may include: a motor; an output part provided forward of the motor and driven by the motor; a speed reduction mechanism disposed between the motor and the output part; a motor bracket disposed between the motor and the speed reduction mechanism; a housing that houses the motor and the motor bracket; an element provided above the motor or the speed reduction mechanism; and a lead wire connected to the element and extending more downward than the motor or the speed reduction mechanism. The lead wire may be sandwiched between the housing and the motor bracket.

    Abstract: A drilling operation is assisted to form an intended hole in a drill target. An attachment is attachable to an earth auger. The earth auger includes a motor housing accommodating a motor, a handle housing located behind the motor housing and including a grip portion receiving a trigger switch operable to activate the motor, a gear housing located in front of the motor housing and accommodating a gear, and a rotation output unit protruding downward from the gear housing to receive a drill bit. The attachment includes an auxiliary pole to be located adjacent to the drill bit and extendable in a vertical direction.
