摘要: The sensor of a fluid sensor system includes an outer peripheral sensor unit including three or more sensor pairs to surround and sandwich the heating element. The computing device of the system includes a first identification unit identifies a sensor pair in which an output difference between an output value corresponding to a temperature detected by one temperature sensor of the sensor pair and an output value corresponding to a temperature detected by the other temperature sensor of the sensor pair is largest, a second identification unit identifies other sensor pairs adjacent to the identified sensor pair in the circumferential direction, and a flow direction estimation unit estimates the flow direction of the fluid on the basis of the output difference in the sensor pair having the largest output difference and output differences in the other sensor pairs adjacent to the sensor pair in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A method for estimating a flange displacement amount includes determining effective three-dimensional coordinate data at a lower first position of a first supported portion on a surface continuous with a lower flange surface and at an upper first position coincident with the lower first position in a horizontal direction on a surface continuous with an upper flange surface. The effective three-dimensional coordinate data are changed such that the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at the lower first position and the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at the upper first position are coincident with each other. According to a difference between a position in a vertical direction indicated by the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at an upper target position and a position in the vertical direction indicated by the effective three-dimensional coordinate data at a lower target position, displacement amounts of the upper target position and the lower target position are obtained.

摘要: This turbine stator vane extends in the radial direction which intersects the flow direction of steam, and includes a pressure surface facing the upstream side in the flow direction, and a suction surface facing the downstream side in the flow direction. A plurality of grooves are formed in at least the pressure surface, the grooves extending outward in the radial direction toward the downstream side. At the periphery of the grooves in the pressure surface, formed is a hydrophilic uneven region having greater hydrophilic properties than the pressure surface. The downstream-side ends of the plurality of grooves are connected to slits for capturing a liquified component of the steam.
