    摘要: Connecting conductors located within at least one heating field for heating conductors are configured so that they do not luminate in operation and are not bowed or shifted out of place by thermal loading. For this purpose the conductor is corrugated and also securely anchored at regular center-spacings, it having with respect to the heating resistor greater resistance cross-sections. This achieves for a very simple construction an optically advantageous glow pattern of the heater in every operating mode.

    摘要: A control is provided for switching on and off two heating devices of a hob forming a hotplate. In cyclic manner the continuous energy or power generation level can be adjusted by an energy control device. A temperature limiter monitors a maximum temperature via the first heating device, but not via the second heating device. The energy control device controls the first heating device directly or switches the same. The temperature limiter trips a power relay in order to switch the second heating device simultaneously with the first heating device.

    摘要: An appliance for a hotplate has two heating devices installed parallel to one another. With an energy control device and as a function of an angular position, either a first heating device is operated in controlled manner or a second heating device is connected thereto in fixed form. The power of the second heating device is defined so low that no temperature limiter for protecting a glass ceramic plate has to be provided in the control path of the second heating device. On connecting in the second heating device, the controlled power of the first heating device is lowered to an initial value by roughly the amount of the power of the second heating device. The total power results from the summated power of the two heating devices.

    摘要: An appliance for a hotplate has two heating devices installed parallel to one another. It has a rod controller and the two innermost heating areas are jointly protected against excess temperatures by means of the rod controller. The outermost heating area has a low surface power of 2.5 W/cm2, for example, and consequently does not have to be monitored by the rod regulator with regards to the danger of an excess temperature for a glass ceramic cooking area.

    摘要: According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention a radiant heater (11) for a glass ceramic cooking area (25) is created. The radiant heater comprises a carrier shell (12) carrying a flat insulator (14), on which is placed a heating means (16). A thermal relay (18) projects with its tube-like sensor (19) into the central area of the radiant heater (11) and the sensor can rest on an elevation (23) of the insulator (14). By means of a holder (45) the sensor (19) can be fixed to the carrier shell (12). The holder does not project over the underside of the carrier shell (12). In one embodiment the holder with barb-like ends reaches into an opening in the carrier shell and is fixed to locking edges of the carrier shell.

    摘要: A heating device for a cooking field is arranged beneath a cooking field plate, wherein the heating device comprises a temperature sensor and a wire heating element for generating heating power. The temperature sensor is provided between the heating element and the cooking field plate and has a longitudinal and rod-like sensing part. The heating element is arranged directly beneath and aligned with the sensing part such that the sensing part is exposed to heating power from the heating element. The heating power ranges in power from 0.5 W up to 2.5 W per centimeter of length of the sensing part. This serves for a faster activation of a residual heat indicator by the temperature sensor.

    摘要: In the manner of a tubular heater, a temperature sensor comprises a metallic tubular jacket with internal resistance wire coil embedded in insulating material and closing pieces having electrical connection members, so that a very simple, robust and high temperature-resistant temperature sensor with a measuring range up to e.g. approximately 750.degree. C. is obtained. The temperature sensor jacket can be earthed or grounded. For operating the temperature sensor there is appropriately a test current in the mA range in the case of a test voltage in the mV range, whose temperature-dependent changes are processed by means of an electronic amplifier.
