    Abstract: The present invention provides a driver surveillance apparatus (10) including: an image acquisition unit (11) that acquires an image in which a driver of a moving body is captured; a first detection unit (12) that extracts feature data about a body of the driver captured in the image, verifies the extracted feature data with reference data, and thus detects at least one of a predetermined pose and a predetermined movement; a second detection unit (13) that detects a predetermined object from the image; and a third detection unit (14) that detects predetermined behavior of the driver, based on a detection result of at least one of the predetermined pose and the predetermined movement and a detection result of the predetermined object.

    Abstract: Data transmission means divides data into one or more transmission packets in units of a predetermined size in conformity with a predetermined protocol, transmits the transmission packets to a reception apparatus, and receives an acknowledgement packet returned from the reception apparatus. Data size acquisition means acquires a data size of transmission data. Acknowledgement reception time acquisition means acquires a reception time of an acknowledgement packet. An available bandwidth calculation means calculates the available bandwidth in a network using the reception time of the acknowledgement packet when a sum of the data sizes of the transmission data in the predetermined time is double or more the predetermined size.

    Abstract: A vehicle detection unit detects a plurality of vehicles traveling in an adjacent lane adjacent to a lane where the one vehicle is traveling, based on a sensor mounted on the vehicle. A speed information acquisition unit acquires speed information of a preceding vehicle traveling ahead of a target vehicle traveling right ahead of the one vehicle in the adjacent lane among the plurality of vehicles. A deceleration factor determination unit determines whether there is a deceleration factor in front of the preceding vehicle. A traveling state determination unit determines whether the target vehicle travels with the flow of traffic based on the speed information of the preceding vehicle and whether there is the deceleration factor.
