Abstract: A method includes, at a first server, determining a first potential destination and a second potential destination. The method further includes, at a second server, determining a first network performance metric corresponding to the first potential destination, and at the second server, determining a second network performance metric corresponding to the second potential destination. The method also further includes, at a third server, ranking the first potential destination and the second potential destination, wherein the ranking is based on a comparison between the first network performance metric and the second network performance metric.
