    Abstract: An apparatus and a method in a terminal device, the method comprising: receiving (402) a retransmission grant for a data packet for a Hybrid Automatic Repeat request process; based on at least one configuration parameter, determining (404) whether a condition for the Hybrid Automatic Repeat request process is met; and in accordance with a determination that the condition is met, skipping the retransmission of the data packet indicated in the retransmission grant. An apparatus and a method in a network device, the method comprising: configuring at least one configuration parameter for a Hybrid Automatic Repeat request process; and sending (704) the at least one configuration parameter to at least one terminal device (304), wherein the at least one configuration parameter indicates the at least one terminal device a condition under which the at least one terminal device (304) skips at least one retransmission of a data packet in the Hybrid Automatic Repeat request process.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to apparatuses, methods, and computer readable storage media for multi-consecutive slots transmission (Multi-consecutive slots transmission). An apparatus obtains at least one group of single-slot candidate resources available for a sidelink transmission. The apparatus determines, based on a first number of slots for multi-consecutive slots transmission, a first set of multi-consecutive slots transmission candidate resources from the at least one group of single-slot candidate resources, a multi-consecutive slots transmission candidate resource comprising the first number of consecutive slots. If the first set of multi-consecutive slots transmission candidate resources meets at least one multi-consecutive slots transmission candidate resource condition, the apparatus selects a target resource for transmission of the multi-consecutive slots transmission from the first set of multi-consecutive slots transmission candidate resources. Otherwise, the apparatus determines the target resource for transmission of the multi-consecutive slots transmission based on a multi-consecutive slots transmission criterion.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to at least one evaluation period, a detection period with allowed dropping rate or a measurement period determination. A terminal device measures a reference signal receives power (RSRP) associated with a physical sidelink broadcast channel (PSBCH) of a synchronization reference device, determines a number of consecutive periods associated with a listen before talk (LBT) failure in which a sidelink synchronization signal (SLSS) is unavailable from the synchronization reference device, and determines, based on the number of consecutive periods, at least one of an evaluation period, a detection period with allowed dropping rate or a measurement period for evaluating the RSRP, wherein the consecutive periods correspond to a plurality of consecutive sidelink synchronization signal block (S-SSB) periods or a plurality of consecutive discontinuous reception (DRX) cycles. Thus, wrong initiation of SLSS transmission event and wrong reselection of a SyncRef UE may be avoided.

    Abstract: Various example embodiments provide efficient jitter control by means of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process. Abase station may transmit to a UE a forwarding time parameter for data packet(s) associated with a HARQ process. The UE 110 may store the data packet(s) in a HARQ buffer and determine to hold the data packet(s) in the HARQ buffer until a delivery time determined based on the forwarding time parameter. Once the delivery time has been reached, the UE may forward the data packets to higher protocol layers. This enables efficient jitter control of a data packet flow. Apparatuses, methods, and computer programs are disclosed.
