    Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for mobile communications including is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives measurement configuration parameters including one or more first measurement configuration parameters for handover decisions associated with one or more first services, the one or more first services associated with a first type of service and one or more second measurement configuration parameters for handover decisions associated with one or more second services. The first services are associated with a first type of service and the second services are associated with a second type of service. The UE transmits one or more measurement reports that include the two types of measurement information. The UE then receives a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message indicating a handover to the target cell and establishes a connection with the target cell based on the received the RRC reconfiguration message.

    Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses described herein enable a user equipment (UE) to adjust a measurement period indicated by a measurement schedule for neighbor cell measurement. For example, the UE may receive the measurement schedule. The measurement schedule may indicate a baseline measurement period.     Abstract: A method for operating an infrastructure equipment forming part of a wireless communications network is provided. The wireless communications network comprises a base station and a non-terrestrial network part, the non-terrestrial network part transmitting one or more spot beams to provide a wireless access interface for transmitting signals to and receiving signals representing data from a communications device within a coverage region of a cell or one of the spot beams, the spot beam forming a cell. The method comprises transmitting, to the communications device, an indication of a first condition to be met before the communications device should transmit assistance information to the infrastructure equipment, receiving the assistance information from the communications device upon the first condition being met, determining, based on the assistance information, that a cell change of the communications device should be initiated, and initiating the cell change of the communications device.

    Abstract: Procedures, methods, architectures, apparatuses, systems, devices, and computer program products are disclosed that may be implemented in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) for enhancing conditional reconfiguration procedures. In one representative embodiment, the WTRU may receive information associated with a conditional reconfiguration, and the information may respectively indicate a measurement resolution and/or a measurement period for at least one measurement report quantity associated with a conditional reconfiguration. On condition the conditional reconfiguration is triggered, the WTRU may perform a random access procedure.     Abstract: A method and system for controlling a level of molten material received in a reservoir of a melt system from a melt grid is disclosed. The method includes receiving a first level of the molten material from a sensor in the reservoir at a first time, receiving a second level of the molten material from the sensor at a second time subsequent to the first time, and comparing the second level of the molten material to a desired operating level to determine a difference between the second level and the desired operating level. The method also includes determining a temperature set point for the melt grid based on at least the difference between the second level and the desired operating level, and adjusting an operating temperature of the melt grid to match the temperature set point.
