摘要： The present invention provides a management system and method for using same that is simple, reliable and extremely easy to use. It comprises a label having a plurality of raised tabs that are depressed upon the occurrence of an event such as taking medication to provide a tactile and a visual record of medication use. It can be secured to a medication container or other object, and thus is not subject to being misplaced or forgotten. The system can be integrated with a pharmacy's computerized pharmaceutical record and prescription label printing system or it can be a stand-alone paste-on label. Alternatively, it can be used in combination with pill-dispensing packs to dispense medication while maintaining a record of use. The label can be in the form of an overlay, which is placed over a preprinted container or a container having a prescription label. The use of a pressure sensitive releasable adhesive permits the removal of the overlay label in the event that is it necessary to read information on the underlying label. The underlying label is provided with a plurality of raised tabs that correspond to the number of doses to be taken per day and the number of days for which the medication is to be taken.

摘要： An abdominal exercise apparatus has a seat operably disposed on a base. The base has an inflatable back wedge section and optionally an independently inflatable front wedge section. The seat has raised sides that form a shallow cavity that is adapted to support the body of a user therein. The seat resiliently flexes forward and backward along its length. At least one inflatable cushion, preferably profiled to accept the body contour of the user, provides a floor below the shallow cavity. Preferably, the floor is realized by three independently inflatable cushions including one that supports the upper legs, another that supports the lumbar section, and a third that supports the upper torso, neck and head. Hand grips are affixed to opposite sides of a top portion of the seat and to opposite sides of a bottom portion of the seat. The inflation level of the back wedge section and the front wedge section is adjustable; A wide variety of effective abdominal and other exercises can be performed with the apparatus.

The apparatus comprises a case having a body and a left and right cover which are joinable to form chambers for receiving the lenses. Each of the chambers has an operative face for receiving the lens. A reactive layer is provided on a portion of each operative face. The operative faces and the reactive layers are dimensioned and arranged whereby the reactive layers come into engagement with respective optical surfaces of a lens positioned there-between when the cover and body are joined together.
