摘要： A method for removing a layer area of a component in which the component is firstly treated in at least one salt bath, and then, in a further method step, treated at least once in an acid bath. The method can include adding sodium oxide to a salt bath as an oxygen donor treating the component with a salt bath wherein the salt bath is selected from the group consisting of: sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide and treating the component with an acid bath wherein the acid bath is selected from the group consisting of: nitric acid and phosphoric acid.

摘要： Prior art methods for removing a layer area of a component (stripping) lead to poor results since a removal, for example, ensues in a nonuniform manner. In addition, these prior art methods are time intensive. An inventive method for removing a layer area of a component consists of firstly treating the layer areas to be removed with a salt solution and then with acid, whereby in an intermediate or final step, the component is treated with a complexing agent.

摘要： A modular support assembly is disclosed generally comprising vertical support members and a horizontal support member, such as a shelf, for supporting objects. The horizontal support member includes a main panel portion and flange portions connected along the sides of the panel for fortifying same. The vertical support members have cavities on their inner surfaces, and the horizontal support members have protrusions at their ends corresponding to the cavities. In some embodiments, the flanges are hingedly connected to the panel such that they pivot between a flat position and a supporting position perpendicular to the panel. In certain embodiments, the protrusions are integrally formed with extend out from the flanges. In some embodiments, the assembly is blow-molded article.

摘要： An upstanding tubular member is provided and the lower end of the tubular member is open and defines a downwardly opening mouth of generally circular cross section. An elongated coil spring is supported from the lower end of the tubular member in position extending across the mouth from one side thereof to the other with the spring spaced to one side of the diameter of the mouth paralleling the spring. The mouth, other than the spring, is at least substantially free of obstructions to the passage of a ball upwardly therethrough of a diameter at least slightly greater than the distance between the spring and the side of the mouth on the other side of the aforementioned diameter thereof. The upper end portion of the tubular member is secured upwardly through the central portion of the bottom of an upwardly opening receptacle and the upper side walls of the receptacle are braced relative to the upper end of the tube and the upper end of the receptacle includes a bail-type handle.
