摘要： Disclosed herein is a smoked food-package produced by packaging a foodstuff with a smokable packaging material and smoking the packaged foodstuff wherein the smokable packaging material comprises at least one layer of a mixture of 5 to 60% by weight of vinylidene chloride resin and 95 to 40% by weight of polyamide, said smokable packaging material having a practical smokability, high oxygen barrier property and high water vapor barrier property, and a smoking process.
