An input device and a host used therewith are provided. The input device comprises a sensor and a transmitter. The sensor senses a physiological feature of a user, and generates a sensing signal. The transmitter, which is electrically connected to the sensor, transmits the sensing signal to the host so that the host identifies the user according to the sensing signal and performs a system configuration according to a setting data corresponding to the user.
