    Abstract: An antenna for a hearing instrument is connected to a first feedline segment extending laterally along an inner posterior surface of a shell of the hearing instrument. The antenna is also connected to a second feedline segment extending laterally along the inner posterior surface of the shell. The antenna comprises a first arm connected to the first feedline segment. The first arm initially extends in an inferior direction along the inner posterior surface of the shell from the first feedline segment. A second arm is connected to the second feedline segment and initially extends in a superior direction along the inner lateral surface of the shell from the second feedline segment.

    Abstract: Implementations in the application provide wearable devices. In an implementation, a wearable device includes a housing, a printed circuit board (PCB), a feeding unit, and a switch. The housing includes a metal portion configured as an antenna radiator. The PCB is disposed in the housing and disposed opposite to the metal portion. The feeding unit is electrically connected to a first end of the metal portion and feeds the antenna radiator. One end of the switch is electrically connected to a second end of the metal portion, and the other end of the switch is grounded. The switch has a first switch state or a second switch state, and an operating frequency band of the antenna radiator includes a first frequency band.

    Abstract: Example techniques may involve headphone interaction. An implementation may include while headphones are disconnected from a control device, the control device receiving an indication of particular audio content being played back by a first zone of the media playback system. While the particular audio content is being played back by the one or more playback devices of the media playback system, detecting that headphones have been connected to the first control device. Headphones may be connectable to the control device via either (a) an analog headphone jack or (b) a point-to-point personal area network connection. In response to detecting that the headphones are connected to the control device: the control device (i) causing the one or more playback devices of the first zone to stop playback of the particular audio content; (ii) retrieving the particular audio content and (iii) resuming playback of the particular audio content via the connected headphones.

    Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include a headphone device which operates in various modes applying different gesture profiles based on various operational, playback, or environmental conditions. An example headphone device includes a first earbud and a second earbud communicatively coupled to each other. One or both of the earbuds include a touch-sensitive interface and a processor. The earbuds are configured to interpret a first set of gestures to the touch-sensitive interface as respective commands while operating in a first mode. Upon detecting a change in an operational condition, one or both earbuds transition to a second mode where the earbuds are configured to interpret a second set of gestures to the touch-sensitive interface as respective commands, different from the respective commands correlating to the first set of gestures to the touch-sensitive interface.
