Abstract: The present invention relates to a compact container having a short stroke pump and a ring button member and, more particularly, to a compact container having a short stroke pump and a ring button member, in which a pump support is formed in a plate shape on top of a container body and the pump is mounted on the pump support, wherein the pump is formed of a piston, a piston ring, a cylinder, and a suction valve plate as used in the conventional art; the stroke of the pump is reduced to 1.5-2.5 mm while the ratio of the stroke of the pump to the inner diameter of the cylinder is changed from 1:1-1:3 as in the conventional art to 1:5.5-1:13, thereby maximizing a content accommodating space in the main body of the container; a bushing is coupled to the upper portion of the cylinder of the pump, the end portion of the bushing being formed in a round shape, and a clearance of 0.3-1.2 mm is formed between the bushing and a vertical moving member so that the vertical moving member can flexibly move in the bushing; and the stroke of the pump is shortened in such a manner whereby a cosmetics pumping method is not restricted to pressing the center of a discharge plate, but allows a cosmetic material to be easily discharged even when any part of the discharge plate is pressed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cosmetics compact container having a discharge plate for evenly discharging cosmetics. More specifically, the discharge plate and a distribution plate are coupled by the discharge plate having a ring-shaped button member thereunder and the button member having rectangular pressure grooves on opposite sides of the inner circumferential surface, and the distribution plate being provided under the button member, and the outer circumferential surface of the distribution plate having rectangular pressure protrusions, with arc-shaped tops, positioned so as to correspond to the rectangular pressure grooves of the button member. As such, when the button member is pressed to discharge cosmetics, even if the button member is pressed at an angle, the distribution plate can uniformly press a pump vertically as the rectangular pressure grooves of the button member press on the arc-shaped tops of the rectangular pressure protrusions on opposite sides of the distribution plate. Additionally, the top surface of the distribution plate has a ring-shaped discharge channel, the outer side thereof having outer discharge holes and the inner side thereof having inner discharge holes, and the ring-shaped discharge channel is connected to the central discharge channel. However, control protrusions are formed in front of the outer discharge holes so as to prevent the cosmetics discharged from the central discharge channel from immediately discharging through the outer discharge holes and inner discharge holes, thus allowing cosmetics to evenly discharge through discharge holes on the discharge plate.

The cosmetic container includes first and second storage containers (V1 and V2) to receive cosmetic contents, pistons (P) provided in openings of the first and second storage containers (V1 and V2) to discharge the cosmetic contents, a container body (10) coupled to a lower cap (C) to receive the first and second storage containers (V1 and V2), a content discharging housing (120) coupled to an upper portion of the container body (110) and formed therein with a button receiving groove (124) to receive a side button (121), the side button (121) received in the button receiving groove (124) of the content discharging housing (120) to move back and forth, and a content discharge piston (123) descending down as the side button (121) is pressed, and ascending as the pressing of the side button (121) is released. The container body (110) is provided at an upper portion thereof with a piston receiving groove (112), lower guides (111) are formed at left and right sides of the piston receiving groove (112) to guide the side button (121) to move back and forth, the content discharging housing (120) is formed therein with a discharge piston receiving groove (125) to receive the content discharge piston (123) and formed at an upper portion thereof with an arc surface (127) having a dish shape, such that an upper most portion of the discharge piston receiving groove (125) and a side of the arc surface (127) are bored to form an outlet (126) to discharge the cosmetic contents, and the content discharge piston (123) is formed at a center thereof with a discharge hole (123a) to discharge the cosmetic contents, and formed at an upper end portions thereof with an opening/closing protrusion (123b).
