    Abstract: A key structure includes a membrane circuit board, an elastic element and a high impedance layer. The membrane circuit board includes a lower plate, an upper plate, a spacer plate and a circuit layer. The upper plate is located over the lower plate. The upper plate has an opening through the upper plate. The spacer plate is arranged between the lower plate and the upper plate. The circuit layer is arranged between the spacer plate and the upper plate. The elastic element is disposed on the membrane circuit board and substantially aligned with opening. The high impedance layer is disposed on a bottom surface of a bottom part of the elastic element and disposed within the opening of the upper plate. The high impedance layer is in contact with a part of the circuit layer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a keyboard device, including a plurality of keys, thin film circuit boards, and key bottom plates. A connection component of the key is connected between a keycap of the key and a bottom plate connection portion of key bottom plate, and the bottom plate connection portion has a connection portion surface corresponding to the keycap and a raised portion formed on the connection portion surface. When the keycap moves downward relative to the thin film circuit board, a lower surface of the keycap knocks the raised portion.

    Abstract: A keycap forming method includes the following steps. Firstly, a stabilizer bar is fixed on a first male mold. Then, a keycap is formed through a second male mold and a female mold according to an injection molding process. Then, the second male mold and the female mold are separated from each other, so that the keycap is fixed on the female mold. Then, the first male mold and the female mold are stacked on each other, so that the stabilizer bar and the keycap are combined together. Then, the first male mold and the female mold are separated from each other. Consequently, the stabilizer bar is detached from the first male mold. By using the keycap forming method, it is not necessary to manually assemble the stabilizer bar with the keycap.

    Abstract: A keycap forming method includes the following steps. Firstly, a stabilizer bar is formed through a first male mold and a first female mold according to an injection molding process, and a keycap is formed through a second male mold and a second female mold according to the injection molding process. Then, the stabilizer bar is fixed on the first male mold, and the keycap is fixed on the second female mold.     Abstract: A membrane circuit board is provided, which has at least one switch region. The membrane circuit board includes first and second membranes, a spacer layer, a first carbon ink contact, and a corresponding contact. The second membrane is located over the first membrane. The keycap includes a top wall and a skirt part. The membrane circuit board is arranged between the keycap and the base plate. The membrane circuit board includes a pressure sensing structure. The elastic plate is arranged between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The elastic plate includes a triggering part. The triggering part is extended toward the membrane circuit board and aligned with the pressure sensing structure. While the keycap is moved downwardly toward the elastic plate, the skirt part of the keycap is correspondingly moved to press the elastic plate. Consequently, the triggering part is moved downwardly to press the pressure sensing structure.
