    Abstract: The present invention provides a keycap, which includes a lower plate and an upper cover. The lower plate has two openings respectively through two opposite sides of the lower plate to respectively define two elastic arms. The upper cover is configured to be detachably assembled on the lower plate, in which the upper cover has two abutting portions and a protrusion, and the two abutting portions are respectively disposed on two opposite inner sides of the upper cover and respectively correspond to the two elastic arms, and each of the two abutting portions is configured to abut against a portion of the corresponding elastic arm, and the protrusion is disposed on an inner top surface of the upper cover and corresponds to one of the two openings.

    Abstract: A keyboard device includes plural key structures. Each key structure includes a keycap, a membrane circuit board, a key frame, an elastic conduction element and a connecting member. The membrane circuit board is located under the keycap. The key frame is arranged between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The key frame includes a frame body and a bottom plate. The bottom plate is arranged between the key frame and the membrane circuit board. The bottom plate includes a perforation. The elastic conduction element is arranged between the keycap and the bottom plate of the key frame. The perforation is covered by the elastic conduction element. The connecting member is arranged between the keycap and the bottom plate of the key frame. The keycap is movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the bottom plate of the key frame through the connecting member.

The rubber dome includes a ring-shaped structure, a lower foundation structure, a contacting post, a first inclined wall and a second inclined wall.     Abstract: A luminous keyboard includes a keyboard module and a backlight module. The backlight module is located under the keyboard module. The backlight module includes a light source, a light guide plate and a reflecting plate. The light source includes a conductive substrate and plural light-emitting elements. The light guide plate includes a light input surface, a light exit surface, a bottom surface and a first slot. The light input surface is disposed within the first slot. The reflecting plate is disposed on the bottom surface of the light guide plate. The reflecting plate includes a second slot. The second slot is in communication with the first slot. The conductive substrate is penetrated through the second slot and the first slot. Consequently, the plural light-emitting elements are accommodated within the first slot and aligned with the light input surface.

    Abstract: A membrane circuit board is provided, which has at least one switch region. The membrane circuit board includes first and second membranes, a spacer layer, a first carbon ink contact, and a corresponding contact. The second membrane is located over the first membrane. The spacer layer is located between the first and second membranes, and has an opening in the switch region. The first carbon ink contact is disposed on one of a portion of an upper surface of the first membrane corresponding to the opening and a portion of a lower surface of the second membrane corresponding thereto. The corresponding contact corresponds to the first carbon ink contact, and is disposed on the other thereof. The corresponding contact is a second carbon ink contact or a conductive contact, and resistance of the conductive contact is less than resistance of the first carbon ink contact.

The triggering part is extended toward the membrane circuit board and aligned with the pressure sensing structure. While the keycap is moved downwardly toward the elastic plate, the skirt part of the keycap is correspondingly moved to press the elastic plate. Consequently, the triggering part is moved downwardly to press the pressure sensing structure.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a membrane circuit board includes the following steps. Firstly, a screen plate, a first substrate body and a second substrate body are provided. Then, a conductive paste and a first circuit pattern are formed on the screen plate. Then, the conductive paste and the first circuit pattern are simultaneously printed on the first substrate body by a screen printing process. The first substrate body, the first circuit pattern and the conductive paste are collaboratively formed as a first membrane substrate. Then, a second circuit pattern is formed on the screen plate. Then, the second circuit pattern is printed on the second substrate body by the screen printing process. The second substrate body and the second circuit pattern are collaboratively formed as a second membrane substrate. Then, the second membrane substrate is aligned with the first membrane substrate.

    Abstract: A membrane circuit board includes a first flexible circuit board, a second flexible circuit board and a nanomaterial layer. The nanomaterial layer includes plural polymeric structures. The nanomaterial layer is formed on the first flexible circuit board, the second flexible circuit board and/or a junction region between the edge of the first flexible circuit board and the second flexible circuit board to prevent at least one of the upper metallic conductor line and the lower metallic conductor line from contacting with a specified chemical element. Consequently, the conductive impedance of the upper metallic conductor line and the lower metallic conductor line is not affected by the specified chemical element. Moreover, the present invention also provides a keyboard device with the membrane circuit board.
