Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for enhanced aperiodic sounding reference signal (A-SRS) scheduling are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a capability message that indicates a capability of the UE to support dynamic scheduling of resources for an SRS. In some examples, the UE may receive, from the base station in response to the capability message, a downlink control message indicating a time domain allocation for the SRS and a frequency domain allocation for the SRS. In some examples, the UE may transmit the SRS using a set of resources in response to the downlink control message, the set of resources selected based at least in part on the time domain allocation for the SRS and the frequency domain allocation for the SRS.

In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive signaling indicating a configuration for the UE to communicate with a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second TRP. The UE may receive a control signal identifying a set of channels sharing a common transmission configuration indication (TCI), where the common TCI may indicate a first TCI state for the first TRP and a second TCI state for the second TRP. The UE may communicate with at least one of the first TRP or the second TRP according to the common TCI based on receiving the control signal.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for maintaining, between a user equipment (UE) and a component of a base station (BS), a mutual understanding of a set of linked physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates if the UE selects to monitor a subset of the linked PDCCH candidates. In one aspect, the UE may monitor the subset of the linked PDCCH candidates, and the UE and the component of the BS may select a reference PDCCH candidate from which to define scheduling information in accordance with the UE monitoring the subset of the linked PDCCH candidates. In some examples, the UE and the component of the BS may select the reference PDCCH candidate in accordance with one or more mutually understood rules or procedures such that the UE and the component of the BS may select a same reference PDCCH candidate.

The UE may transmit, using the power offset and using a transmission power that depends on whether a downlink pathloss value is indicated in the configuration information, a physical sidelink feedback channel transmission in the one or more first resource blocks and the one or more second resource blocks. Abstract: PDCCH/PDSCH multiplexing with rank adaptation is described. An apparatus is configured to receive a PDSCH transmission multiplexed with a PDCCH transmission that includes information to schedule the PDSCH. The PDCCH has a first rank, the PDSCH has a second rank, and both share a DMRS(s). The apparatus is configured to decode the PDSCH using a channel estimation for the PDSCH and the second rank of the PDSCH that is based on the shared DMRS indication. Another apparatus is configured to encode a PDSCH transmission multiplexed with a PDCCH transmission that includes information to schedule the PDSCH. The PDCCH has a first rank, the PDSCH has a second rank, and both share a DMRS(s). The apparatus is configured to provide, for a UE, the PDSCH transmission multiplexed with the PDCCH transmission that schedules the PDSCH and a shared DMRS indication indicative of the shared DMRS(s).
