    Abstract: An electronic device and method are disclosed. The electronic device includes a first camera configured to capture a frontal external environment of the electronic device, a second camera oriented opposite to the first camera and configured to capture gaze directions of a user's left eye and right eye, a first display panel corresponding to the left eye, a second display panel corresponding to the right eye, a memory, and a processor that implements the method, including: identifying, using the second camera, a dominant eye and a non-dominant eye among the left eye and right eye, identifying a dominant display panel from among the first and second display panels corresponding to the dominant eye, and a non-dominant display panel from among the first and second display panels corresponding to the non-dominant eye, and changing settings of the dominant display panel to be different from settings of the non-dominant display panel.
