Abstract: A method for establishing network connections is described. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving, via a processor of a first computing device, an input associated with enabling a second computing device to establish a connection with a network device, generating, via the processor, a customized encoded symbol based at least in part on the input, and providing, via the processor, the customized encoded symbol for use by the second computing device to establish the connection with the network device.
