Abstract: A self-propelled towing simulator for a hydraulic lift system carries a gyro pose control system and a six-degree-of-freedom (DOF) platform to control the overall pose of the simulator, so that the simulator simulates six-DOF motion states including swaying, surging, yawing, rolling, pitching and heaving generated by a mining vessel under the combined action of waves and flows and required by the experimental working conditions; interventions in the pose of the simulator may be positive or negative, so that the simulator may be applied to the uncontrollable natural water bodies so as to approximate to the working conditions of the experimental requirements. The simulator may carry out experiments in open natural water bodies by use of its own autonomous sailing capability under remote wireless control and may acquire parameters such as dynamic characteristics and spatial configuration and the like of a deep-sea mining hydraulic lift subsystem in real time.

Abstract: Provided is an experimental apparatus for simulating lifting operation of deep-sea mining, which relates to the technical field of experimental equipment of deep-sea mining. By this apparatus, dynamic characteristics of a spatial structure when simulating lifting operation of deep-sea mining are solved. The apparatus includes an experimental box, a wave-making mechanism, a flowrate control mechanism, a mining simulation mechanism and a monitoring mechanism. The wave-making mechanism includes a control box and a wave-pushing board for simulating waves. The flowrate control mechanism includes a water pump, a motor, a grating board and a manifold so that the flowrate and the flow volume can be adjusted by the grating board and the manifold. The mining simulation mechanism includes an experimental ship model, a lifting pipe, a material-mixing pipe, a mineral slurry pipe, a material-delivering pipe and a material-returning pipe for simulating lifting operation states. The monitoring mechanism includes a wave height measurer, a displacement sensor, a flowrate measurer and an image collection apparatus for detecting dynamic influence of the wave height and the wave speed on the mining simulation mechanism during a mining process, especially during lifting operation. Further, the apparatus has advantages such as multi-parameter real-time monitoring, low fabrication cost and simple operation.

Abstract: An absorption-induction convectional dust-controlling/removing air/fog curtain device of a fully-mechanized working face and a method thereof, wherein the device includes an extraction type dust-purifying blower, a sector deflector, a shearer external spraying device and an inter-hydraulic-support spraying device. The shearer external spraying devices are mounted at both sides of a shearer body close to rocking arms of a shearer and the inter-hydraulic-support spraying devices are mounted at two un-advanced hydraulic supports and two hydraulic supports at a leeward side of a front drum of the shearer respectively. Two extraction type dust-purifying blowers symmetrically mounted at the rocking arm close to the body of the shearer are started simultaneously with their air inlets exactly facing front and rear drums of the shearer respectively, and air outlets connected with the sector deflector. With the device and the method, the working environment is improved and safe production of the coal mine is guaranteed.
