Abstract: A communication system includes a first communication device, a second communication device and a third communication device. The first communication device is configured to be connected to an operating device mounted on a human-powered vehicle. The second communication device is configured to be connected to a transmission device of the human-powered vehicle. The third communication device is configured to be connected to a component that is mounted on the human-powered vehicle and that differs from the operating device and the transmission device. The second communication device is configured to receive first information that is sent from the first communication device in response to operation of the operating device. The third communication device of the component is configured to receive second information that includes at least some of the first information sent from the second communication device.
