Abstract:
A container (1) made of plastic material, provided with an oblate body (2) and with a bottom (3) in the extension of the body (2) at a lower end thereof, the bottom (3) including: a peripheral base (7) defining an annular standing plane (8) whose contour exhibits, along a long axis, a large dimension A, and, along a short axis perpendicular to the long axis, a small dimension A′ that is strictly smaller than the large dimension, a concave arch (13) that extends from the base (7) to a central area (14); wherein the base has: along the long axis, a width C such that: 0.03 ≤ C A ≤ 0.1 along the short axis, a width C′ such that: 0.05 ≤ C ′ A ′ ≤ 0.15 .
Abstract:
A Molding unit for the forming of a container includes: a mold provided with a side wall defining a cavity bearing the impression of a portion of the container; an insert having a frontal surface bearing the impression of a local portion of the container, movable between a retracted position and a deployed position, with this insert being penetrated by ducts; a pierced piston to which the insert is attached and which ensures the mobility of the latter between its retracted position and its deployed position; and at least one pierced screw by which the insert is attached to the piston.
Abstract:
A method for producing a container provided with a base, in a mold that includes a base with a base block with a raised molding face and a central opening, and an insert mounted in the central opening. The insert has an end face with the imprint of a central area of the base of the container, movable between: a retracted position with the end face extending in the extension of the molding face, thus completing therewith the imprint of the base of the container; a protruding position with the insert protruding relative to the central opening. A step of boxing the central area of the base of the container includes moving the insert to the protruding position to exert pressure against the central area of the base and increase the clearance of the central area relative to the clearance at the end of the blowing.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a container by stretch blow-molding from a preform made of plastic material in a forming unit, the forming unit comprising a mold, an elongation rod that is movable heightwise inside the mold, the method comprising, in succession, a pre-blow-molding step and a blow-molding step, the method also comprising a step of boxing of a handle, a rising phase of the elongation rod being initiated before the blow-molding step, the boxing step being initiated after the rising of the elongation rod, the handle being formed on the extension axis of the elongation rod.
Abstract:
A mould (12) for producing, from a blank (3), a container (2) having a bottom (6) provided with a seat (8), the mould (12) including:—a wall (14) delimiting a cavity (17) and, beyond the cavity (17), a hollow recess (21) opening into the cavity (17) via an opening (20);—a mould bottom (16) that is movable relative to the wall (14), the bottom having an upper surface (27) defining a seat surface (28) having the footprint of the seat (8) of the container (2). In this mould:—the wall (14) has a counterbore (24) that defines, at the top, the hollow recess (21) and that extends perpendicular to and around the opening (20), substantially parallel to the central axis (X);—the upper surface (27) defines a peripheral face (30) that extends flush with the counterbore (24).
