a lid cap part (130), arranged to be fastened to said lid part so as to cover said lid opening, wherein the lid part and the lid cap part each comprise cooperating snap-lock means (123, 133), comprising several separated elongated protrusions (133a,133b), together defining a broken circle.
The lid part comprises at a lower end (124) a bend (125) of at least 60°, with an inner radius (R1) of at the most 5 mm and an outer radius (R2) of at the most 5 mm, defining a local material thickness increase of at least 25%.
The lid part and the lid cap part comprise at least 30% by volume wooden fibres.
The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a container.-

摘要: The present invention provides a non-porous, breathable and waterproof transparent plastic film on a plastic substrate and methods for fabricating the same. The film includes a thermoplastic polyester resin, an amphiphilic modifier having a hydrophilic segment that acts as a channel for water vapor transmission through the film connected to a hydrophobic segment that anchors the amphiphilic modifier to a portion of the polyurethane base resin and a compatibilizer. The resultant non-porous, breathable and waterproof transparent plastic film has a water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) or breathability of not less than 250 g/m2/24 hr according to ASTM E96B, and having at least 90% of the transmittance. They are also resistant to liquid penetration and micro-contaminants such as bacteria and virus, making them suitable for broad applications in medical, healthcare and food packaging industries.

摘要: The invention refers to a method for producing expanded polymer pellets, which comprises the following steps: melting a polymer comprising a polyamide; adding at least one blowing agent; expanding the melt through at least one die for producing an expanded polymer; and pelletizing the expanded polymer. The invention further concerns polymer pellets produced with the method as well as their use, e.g. for the production of cushioning elements for sports apparel, such as for producing soles or parts of soles of sports shoes. A further aspect of the invention concerns a method for the manufacture of molded components, comprising loading pellets of an expanded polymer material into a mold, and connecting the pellets by providing heat energy, wherein the expanded polymer material of the pellets or beads comprises a chain extender. The molded components may be used in broad ranges of application.

摘要: The present invention relates to a welding machine for continuous welding of two layers of plastic film material together in a welding pattern, including a welding drum, welding means arranged on the peripheral surface of the welding drum that exhibits a welding pattern, a heating arrangement arranged to heat the welding means to a welding temperature, an endless welding band, a set of band guidance rollers comprising a first application roller and a second application roller arranged to apply the welding band to the welding means on the surface of the welding drum over a peripheral extend of at least 900° of the welding drum with a force radial to the welding drum in a first operational mode of the welding machine, the set of band guidance rollers comprising at least one displaceable tensioning roller for maintaining a tension of the welding band, a web guidance arrangement for guiding the two layers of plastic film material in between the welding drum and the welding band, and a control means for controlling the operation of the welding machine, wherein the machine comprises one or more separation rollers, and is arranged in a second operational mode of the welding machine to displace the one or more separation rollers from a first position thereof and in between the welding means on the peripheral surface of the welding drum and the two layers of plastic film material to a second position of the one or more separation rollers where the two layers of plastic film material and the welding band are separated from the periphery of the welding drum by means of the separation rollers. Furthermore is disclosed the use of such welding machine for forming pockets between the two layers of plastic film material, in particular closed pockets for air cushions.
