摘要: A plastic container comprises an upper portion including a finish defining an opening into the container, a lower portion including a base defining a standing surface, a sidewall extending between the upper portion and the lower portion, the sidewall defining a longitudinal axis, and at least one substantially transversely-oriented pressure panel located in the lower portion. The pressure panel is movable between an outwardly-inclined position and an inwardly-inclined position to compensate for a change of pressure inside the container. The standing surface defines a standing plane, and the entire pressure panel is located between the standing plane and the upper portion of the container when the pressure panel is in the outwardly-inclined position.

摘要: Disclosed is a mold for forming a deep grip container, the mold having drive mechanisms opposably to drive moveable inserts into the mold. The drive mechanisms may be located entirely within the mold and may include a slotted cam. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing a blow molded bottle with a deep pinch grip comprising: providing a mold hanger having an outer envelope and providing within the outer envelope a drive mechanism to drive moveable inserts into the mold after blowing molten plastic into contact with the mold. Further disclosed is a blow molded bottle with a deep pinch grip manufactured according to the disclosed methods.

The hollow space includes an interior wall that has a contour which produces a predetermined configuration of the plastic containers. A first portion of at least two blow mould parts produces a bottom of the plastic containers. A second portion of the at least two blow mould parts has an opening region for discharging a gaseous medium during an expansion process of the plastic containers. The opening region extends along a first line and a second line, wherein the first and second lines run at least in some sections of the blow mould at an angle different from 0° relative to one another.

摘要: Plastic preforms are introduced into a blow mold and are expanded by applying a flowable medium thereto, which is introduced into the internal space of the plastic preforms, wherein the blow mold includes at least two lateral parts which form a cavity during the expansion of the plastic preforms, within which the plastic containers are expanded. The lateral parts are respectively provided on lateral part carriers that are moved relative to each other for opening and closing the blow mold. At least one arrangement of a lateral part carrier and the lateral part provided thereon has an expansion element that can have a gaseous medium applied thereto. The expansion element ensures, when the gaseous medium is applied thereto, that one lateral part is moved towards the other lateral part. During the expansion of the plastic preforms, at least two different pressure levels are applied.

摘要: A plastic blank includes a blank structure. The blank structure includes an elongate body portion and a head portion. One of two ends of the body portion is closed, and the head portion is connected to the other end of the body portion. The body portion has a space therein. The head portion has an opening communicating with the space. The outer periphery of the body portion is even so that a stick having product labelling can be attached onto the outer periphery of the body portion. The inner periphery of the body portion has a plurality of ribs protruded inward the space and extending along the body portion to improve the structural strength of the body portion along the length direction.

One of the first and second engagement elements is arranged on the third carrier part.
