Abstract: A display device may include a display panel which is flexible and includes a first surface on which an image is displayed and a second surface on which the image is not displayed, a connection film at least partially overlapping a side of the display panel in a plan view, a printed circuit board at least partially overlapping a side of the connection film in a plan view and electrically connected to the connection film, a control board spaced apart from the printed circuit board, and a cable electrically connecting the printed circuit board and the control board. The cable may have a spiral shape.

Abstract: A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept includes: a substrate; a data line and a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate; a common electrode and a pixel electrode disposed on the thin film transistor and overlapping each other by interposing an insulating layer therebetween; a roof layer formed to be separated from the pixel electrode and the common electrode while interposing a microcavity therebetween and having an injection hole partially exposing the microcavity; a liquid crystal layer filling the microcavity; an overcoat formed on the roof layer to cover the injection hole and sealing the microcavity. The pixel electrode includes an auxiliary electrode that is formed on the data line, the auxiliary electrode overlapping and being insulated from the data line.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a display device including: a thin film transistor disposed on an insulation substrate including a plurality of pixels; a common electrode and a pixel electrode disposed on the thin film transistor to overlap each other while interposing an insulating layer therebetween; a liquid crystal layer filling microcavities differentiated by pixel electrodes, the pixel electrodes comprising the pixel electrode; and a roof layer that is disposed on a microcavity of the microcavities and includes an injection hole extending to the microcavity and a supporting member to support the microcavity; and an optical member disposed on the supporting member, wherein the injection hole is disposed between adjacent microcavities in a column direction, and the supporting member is disposed between adjacent microcavities in a row direction. Total reflection of light, bad alignment, and light leakage which may occur in the display device may be prevented by the optical member.

Abstract: A display device and a method of manufacturing a display device are capable of preventing an alignment layer from being lumped in a microcavity. Abstract: A color conversion panel for a display device includes: a substrate including a first region, a second region, and a third region; a light-blocking partition disposed on the substrate and having a plurality of openings via which the first region, the second region and the third region are exposed; color conversion patterns disposed on the substrate in the openings in the first region and in the second region, respectively; and a light-transmitting layer containing scattering particles and including a first portion disposed in the opening in the third region and a second portion disposed to cover the color conversion patterns on the substrate. The scattering particles increase the efficiency of color conversion, such that color gamut may be increased.
