Abstract: A power management circuit is disclosed that includes a boost converter, a pass transistor, and an overcurrent detect circuit. The boost converter is configured to convert an input voltage into a first power supply voltage. The pass transistor is configured to transfer the first power supply voltage as a second power supply voltage after a predetermined time from a time point at which the first power supply voltage is activated. The overcurrent detect circuit is configured to perform an overcurrent detect operation by sensing a current flowing through the pass transistor. A display device is also disclosed that includes the power management circuit.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display layer; a sensor layer on the display layer; and a sensor driver to drive the sensor layer. The sensor layer includes: a plurality of sensing electrodes; a plurality of sensing lines connected to the plurality of sensing electrodes, respectively; a multiplexer circuit connected to the plurality of sensing lines, and including a control transistor including a gate electrode; and a connection line connected between the multiplexer circuit and the sensor driver. The sensor driver includes a sensing circuit connected between the connection line and the gate electrode of the control transistor, and to output a control signal to the gate electrode of the control transistor based on a sensing signal of the connection line.

Abstract: Provided is a display device which comprises a display panel including a plurality of pixels displaying an image based on a driving voltage, a reference voltage generator converting a sensing driving voltage generated by measuring the driving voltage into a sensing driving current, converting a preset reference driving voltage into a reference driving current, comparing the sensing driving current and the reference driving current, and generating a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage based on a difference between the sensing driving current and the reference driving current, a gamma voltage generator generating a plurality of gamma voltages by dividing the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage, and a data driver converting image data into a data voltage based on the gamma voltages and providing the data voltage to each of the pixels.
