Provided is a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus which may reduce white angular dependency (WAD). The method includes forming a common layer on each of subpixel areas at the same time without discretion within one pixel area, the common layer not being formed on connection areas between pixel areas.

An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a pixel structure, and a wiring pattern. The substrate includes a plurality of pixel regions each having sub-pixel regions and a transparent region. The pixel structure is disposed in the sub-pixel region on the substrate. The wiring pattern is disposed in the transparent region and the sub-pixel region on the substrate, and is electrically connected to the pixel structure. The wiring pattern extends in a first direction that is from the transparent region into the sub-pixel region, and has at least one opening in the transparent region.

At least one of the sub-pixel groups includes a plurality of first sub-pixels to emit a first color of light, a plurality of second sub-pixels to emit a second color of light, and a dummy pixel between the first sub-pixels and the second sub-pixels. A first dummy driving transistor is connectable to one of the first sub-pixels and a second dummy driving transistor is connectable to one of the second sub-pixels.
