The control method for an electronic apparatus can transmit a payment request for medicine to an external device, receive medication information for the medicine from the external device in response to the payment request, store the medication information for the medicine, and provide a medication alarm for the medicine to a user on the basis of the stored medication information.

The electronic device according to an embodiment includes a Photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor including a light source, a detector and a transparent electrode window and a processor configured to, based on determining that a user is in contact with the PPG sensor based on a value sensed by the transparent electrode window, activate the detector, and determine whether a contact between the PPG sensor and the user is poor based on an illuminance value sensed by the detector.

A new ferrous complex capable of being used as an electron transfer mediator for a glucose sensor, a biosensor, and the like, is provided, which measure a glucose concentration in blood, in which the new ferrous complex exchanges rapidly and smoothly an electron between an enzyme and electrode, is strongly absorbed into electrode, and is stable, so that the new ferrous complex allows excellent sensitivity of a glucose sensor to be maintained.
