Abstract: An electronic apparatus, a terminal apparatus, a method of controlling the same, and a computer program product thereof are provided. The electronic apparatus includes: a communicator which communicates with a terminal apparatus through a network; and a processor which receives routing information of the terminal apparatus, and based on a network key request being received from the terminal apparatus, generates a link key using the routing information, and transmits a network key encrypted with the generated link key to the terminal apparatus so that the terminal apparatus decrypts the transmitted network key with the link key based on the routing information.
