Abstract:
A device for automatically lifting a cover of a mobile phone by pressing is to control the lifting/closing operation of an upper cover relative to a main body of a mobile phone. A housing member is connected between the main body and the upper cover. The device for lifting the cover comprises a pressing-and-controlling means provided within the housing member, a braking means accommodated within the pressing-and-controlling means and movably connected to the pressing-and-controlling means, a rotating means operatively connected to the pressing-and-controlling means and the braking means, and a reciprocating means operatively connected to the other end of the rotating means. With the above arrangement, a user can operate the pressing-and-controlling means with single hand to drivingly connect to the braking means and cause the rotating means to rotate and slide, thereby to automatically lift the upper cover of the mobile phone after being pressed. Alternatively, the user can operate the reciprocating means and the rotating means to cause them to rotate and slide so as to manually open/close the upper cover. Therefore, it is convenient for the user to answer a call.
Abstract:
A device for automatically flipping a handset cover, which is disposed between the main body and the cover of a foldable handset, includes an actuating member, and a rotating member movably connected to the actuating member. In addition, a reciprocating member is movably connected to one end of the rotating member. In this manner, the user can simply use one single hand to operate the actuating member, thereby push the rotating member and then driving the reciprocating member to induce a rotational movement, so as to flip up the handset cover for users to pick up a phone call.
Abstract:
This invention—iBOX, an intelligent multifunction mailbox, combines several technologies, such as video camera, remote programmable keypad, PN junction thermoelectric unit, powerline communication, wire or wireless communication and Internet together to provide a more secure, multi functional mailbox. It resolves several short comes of the traditional signature-required delivery operations.

Abstract:
An optical connector subassembly (1) includes a ferrule (2), a base member (4) and a locking element (6). The ferrule defines an axial passageway (22) for receiving a core of an optical cable and a plurality of holes (24) provided on an outer surface of the ferrule. The base member has a space (42) for receiving a lower portion of the ferrule, a bore (46) that is formed along a central axis of the base member and ends in a funnel (48) for guiding an optical fiber into the passageway, and a plurality of openings (44) formed on the upper portion of the base member and corresponding to the holes of the ferrule and communicating with the receiving space. The locking element has a plurality of free extension portions (62) that extend through the corresponding openings and into the corresponding holes to join the ferrule and the base member together.
Abstract:
A multi-fiber array assembly comprises a main housing, a ferrule holder, a stopper, a front plate, a strain relief assembly, springs and ferrules with optical fibers retained therein. The ferrule holder is retained in the housing, and comprises a ferrule holding plate defining a first array of holes. The stopper is secured to the ferrule holder at a location rearward of the first array of holes, and defines a plurality of passages. The ferrules have a conical front ends, and are extended in the first array of holes. The springs are compressed between the ferrules and the stopper. The optical fibers extend through the passages of the stopper. The front plate is secured to a front end of the ferrule holder and defines a second array of the hole. Each hole of the second array has a rear conical section in which the conical front end of a corresponding ferrule is fitted.
