    Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an acquisition unit and a controller. The acquisition unit includes an optical scanner capable of deflecting light in a predetermined deflection angle range. The acquisition unit is configured to acquire data of a subject's eye by performing A-scan on the subject's eye using optical coherence tomography by measurement light deflected by the optical scanner. The controller is configured to cause the acquisition unit to perform A-scan based on a deflection operation state of the optical scanner.

    Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an optical scanner, an interference optical system, an intraocular distance calculator, an image correcting unit, and a controller. The optical scanner is disposed at an optically substantially conjugate position with a first site of a subject's eye. The interference optical system is configured to split light from a light source into reference light and measurement light, to project the measurement light onto the subject's eye via the optical scanner, and to detect interference light between returning light of the light from the subject's eye and the reference light via the optical scanner. The image forming unit is configured to form a tomographic image of the subject's eye corresponding a first traveling direction of the measurement light deflected by the optical scanner, based on a detection result of the interference light. The intraocular distance calculator is configured to obtain an intraocular distance between predetermined sites of the subject's eye based on the detection result of the interference light. The image correcting unit is configured to correct the tomographic image based on the intraocular distance. The controller is configured to control at least the optical scanner.

    Abstract: An ophthalmic imaging apparatus of an exemplary aspect includes a data acquisition device, image constructing circuitry, and composing circuitry. The data acquisition device is configured to sequentially apply optical coherence tomography (OCT) scans to a plurality of regions different from each other of a fundus of a subject's eye in order and under a condition according to a fundus shape, to acquire a plurality of pieces of data corresponding to the plurality of regions. The image constructing circuitry is configured to construct an image from each of the plurality of pieces of data. The composing circuitry is configured to construct a composite image of a plurality of images constructed from the plurality of pieces of data by the image constructing circuitry.

    Abstract: An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus analyzes an image of a subject's eye formed by arranging a plurality of A-scan images acquired by performing OCT scan on inside the subject's eye with measurement light deflected around a scan center position. The ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes a correcting unit, a region specifying unit, and a direction specifying unit. The correcting unit is configured to transform a pixel position in the image into a transformation position along a traveling direction of the measurement light passing through the scan center position. The region specifying unit is configured to specify a predetermined layer region by analyzing the image in which the pixel position has been transformed by the correcting unit. The direction specifying unit is configured to specify a normal direction of the layer region specified by the region specifying unit.

    Abstract: A new technique is provided to easily grasp the form of the fundus and the like of the eye to be examined being depicted in a tomographic image. An ophthalmic information processing device includes an image rotation circuit and a display control circuit. The image rotation circuit rotates a tomographic image of the eye to be examined acquired by using optical coherence tomography while making a measurement optical axis be eccentric relative to a predetermined site of the eye to be examined, in accordance with an eccentric amount and an eccentric direction of the measurement optical axis relative to the predetermined site.     Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus, includes: a first concave mirror and a second concave mirror having a concave surface-shaped first reflective surface and a concave surface-shaped second reflective surface; an SLO optical system configured to project light from an SLO light source onto a subject's eye via the first concave mirror and the second concave mirror, and to detect returning light from the subject's eye; a first optical scanner configured to deflect the light from the SLO light source to guide the light to the first reflective surface; a second optical scanner configured to deflect light reflected by the first reflective surface to guide the light to the second reflective surface; an OCT optical system including a third optical scanner, and configured to split light from an OCT light source into measurement light and reference light, to project the measurement light deflected by the third optical scanner onto the subject's eye, and to detect interference light between returning light of the measurement light from the subject's eye and the reference light; an optical path coupling member disposed between the first optical scanner and the first concave mirror, and combining an optical path of the SLO optical system and an optical path of the OCT optical system; and a correction unit configured to correct detection result of the interference light detected by the OCT optical system or an image formed based on the detection result.
