摘要: Aspects concern an optical coherence tomography (OCT) system for imaging of a sample, comprising: a sample arm for directing light onto the sample, the sample arm comprises sample arm optics comprising a dispersive element to generate an extended source for illuminating the sample: a reference arm: a detector for detecting an interference signal from light that is reflected from the reference arm and light that is back-reflected or back-scattered from the sample; and a scanner for scanning the extended source across the sample along a fast axis and a slow axis such that a plurality of partial-spectrum frames is obtained at the detector: wherein the dispersive element is orientable such that the extended source is disposed at a non-zero angle to the fast axis.

摘要: A line-field Fourier-domain optical coherence tomography, OCT, imaging system, comprising: a curved mirror, and a scanning element at a first focus of the mirror which scans, via the mirror, a line of light across an object at a second focus of the mirror, and receives, via the mirror, light scattered by the object and aberrated by the mirror to form an aberrated line of light; a photodetector array; an interferometer which projects an interference line of light resulting from an interference between a reference light and the aberrated line of light onto the photodetector array. The OCT imaging system generates OCT data based on the interference line of light detected by the photodetector array, and corrects the OCT data using phase information in the OCT data such that the corrected OCT data has less optical aberration than the OCT data.

摘要: An optical coherence tomography image system and an autofocus method thereof are provided. The autofocus method captures a reference chart at a plurality of preset diopter positions, receives an interference signal generated by the reflection of a light beam projected onto an eyeball, and analyzes the reference chart and the interference signal to obtain an analysis value and a corresponding diopter. The method compares the plurality of analysis values to obtain one meeting the standard condition as the target analysis value. According to the target analysis value and the corresponding diopter, the focusing driving device is controlled to move to the position corresponding to the diopter to complete autofocusing. Therefore, the present invention can reduce the time of autofocusing, obtain a higher shooting success rate, provide better user experience, and use a lower-order computing device to reduce costs.

摘要: The present invention describes systems and method for the detection, diagnosis and monitoring of cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease. In one example, an integrated system comprising a full-field Fourier domain optical coherence tomography and an image mapping spectrometry is used for generating spectrally resolved volumetric images at wavelengths that show difference in spectral signatures of normal cells compared to spectral signatures of amyloid beta and pTau deposits, and also image inner retinal layers where amyloid beta and pTau deposits may aggregate.

摘要: The invention provides an optical coherence tomography self-testing system, an optical coherence tomography method and an ocular disease monitoring system. The optical coherence tomography self-testing system comprises a camera device, an external display module and a communication module. The camera device includes an image-capturing module and a processing module. The image-capturing module captures a plurality of ocular images. The processing module is connected to the image-capturing module, and the processing module determines whether a position offset value between the pupil center position of a tested eyeball and an optical axis of the image-capturing module is within a preset error range. If the position offset value is within the preset error range, the plurality of ocular images is stored as a plurality of displayed images. The external display module displays one of the plurality of displayed images and a status light after the image-capturing module has completed image capturing.
