    Abstract: The ophthalmologic device to be coupled to a correcting device for correcting subject eyes, the correcting device including a right-left pair of two examination windows and a right-left pair of arrangement mechanisms that each arrange first optical elements, includes: a coupling member configured to be detachably coupled to each of coupled members provided on a side surface of the correcting device on a side opposite to an eyepiece side for each subject eye; a second optical element arranged at a position facing a second examination window opposite to a first examination window which is an eyepiece window, when the coupling member is coupled to the coupled member, the second optical element configured to branch a second optical path from a first optical path along the optical axes; and an objective measuring system arranged on the second optical path and configured to acquire ocular characteristics of each subject eye.

    Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an objective lens, a refractive power measurement optical system, an inspection optical system, and a corneal shape measurement optical system. The refractive power measurement optical system projects light onto a subject's eye via the objective lens and detects returning light from the subject's eye. The inspection optical system includes an optical scanner. The inspection optical system deflects light from a light source, projects the light deflected by the optical scanner onto the subject's eye via the objective lens, and detects returning light from the subject's eye. The corneal shape measurement optical system projects an arc-like or circumferential measurement pattern from an outer edge side of the objective lens onto the subject's eye and detects returning light from a cornea of the subject's eye. When a working distance is WD, a distance from a corneal apex of the subject's eye to a pupil of the subject's eye is d1, a distance from the pupil to a fundus of the subject's eye is d2, and a scan range by the optical scanner is SA square, a diameter of the objective lens is greater than or equal to ((WD+d1)×SA/d2).

    Abstract: An ophthalmic apparatus of an exemplary aspect performs the first and second OCT scans on a subject's eye. The first OCT scan is performed on the first region including the first site of the subject's eye, and the second OCT scan is performed on the second region including the second site. The ophthalmic apparatus acquires the first deviation information of the subject's eye prior to the first OCT scan and performs alignment, and also acquires the second deviation information of the subject's eye prior to the second OCT scan and performs alignment. The ophthalmic apparatus calculates the distance between the first site and the second site based on the first data acquired through the first OCT scan and second data acquired through the second OCT scan.

    Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a refractive power measurement optical system, a fixation projection system, an inspection optical system, and a controller. The refractive power measurement optical system includes a first focusing element capable of changing a focal position, and is configured to project first light onto a subject's eye and to detect returning light of the first light from the subject's eye via the first focusing element. The fixation projection system is configured to project fixation light target onto the subject's eye. The inspection optical system includes a second focusing element capable of changing a focal position in conjunction with the first focusing element, and is used for a predetermined inspection in which second light is projected onto at least the subject's eye via the second focusing element. The controller is configured to control the first focusing element and the second focusing element based on a detection result of the returning light, and to perform refractive power measurement using the first light in a state of promoting a fogging of the subject's eye by controlling the fixation projection system after performing the predetermined inspection by inspection optical system.

    Abstract: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a refractometry optical system, an OCT optical system, a fixation projection system, and a controller. The refractometry optical system is configured to project light onto a subject's eye and to detect returning light from the subject's eye. The OCT optical system is configured to split light from an OCT light source into measurement light and reference light, to project the measurement light onto the subject's eye, and to detect interference light between returning light of the measurement light from the subject's eye and the reference light. The fixation projection system is configured to simultaneously project a first fixation target and a second fixation target onto the subject's eye, a visual angle of the second fixation target being narrower than a visual angle of the first fixation target. The controller is configured to control the refractometry optical system and the OCT optical system to simultaneously perform a refractometry and an OCT measurement.

The refractive power measurement optical system is configured to project light in a first wavelength range onto a subject's eye via the objective lens and to detect returning light from the subject's eye.
