Abstract: A gas barrier laminate (including a substrate layer containing a polyolefin, a metal oxide layer, and a gas barrier cover layer in this order. The gas barrier cover layer contains a silicon alkoxide or a hydrolysate thereof and a water-soluble polymer, and a content ratio a/b between a content of silicon atoms of the silicon alkoxide or a hydrolysate thereof (mass part a) and a content of the water-soluble polymer (mass part b) is 3/97 or more and 45/55 or less in mass ratio.

Abstract: A gas barrier laminate includes a polypropylene substrate layer; a first polyvinyl alcohol resin layer; and a metal oxide layer, which are laminated in this order, wherein the first polyvinyl alcohol resin layer has a mass per unit area of 0.5 to 2.5 g/m; and, a packaging material includes the above gas barrier laminate and a polypropylene sealant layer disposed on a surface of the gas barrier laminate, wherein a mass ratio of a sum of the polypropylene substrate layer and the polypropylene sealant layer to a total mass of the packaging material is 85 mass % or more.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a gas barrier layered body including: a substrate layer containing a polyolefin-based resin; a first polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer; a Si or Al-containing thin film layer; and a second polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer, in the stated order, in which a logarithmic decrement at 100° C. of the first polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer as measured by a rigid-body pendulum type physical property testing instrument is 0.20 or less and a logarithmic decrement at 125° C. is 0.30 or less, and an indentation hardness of the second polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer as determined by a nanoindenter is 0.5 to 1.0 GPa.
