    Abstract: A grinding and polishing device includes a main body, a grinding disk, a sample disk, a first console, and a second console. The main body includes a support table and a support column. The support table is coupled to the support column. The grinding disk is fixed on the support table and includes a polishing surface. The sample disk is fixed on the support column and configured to hold a preform. The first console is electrically coupled to the sample disk and used for controlling a distance between the preform held by the sample disk and the grinding disk. The second console is electrically coupled to the grinding disk and used for controlling a working state of the grinding disk for grinding and polishing the preform.

    Abstract: A cutting tool mechanism comprises a base, a fixing module disposed on the base for fixing a product to be disassembled, a first moving mechanism disposed on a side of the fixing module, and a three-dimensional cutter rotatably disposed on the first moving mechanism and matched with the fixing module. The first moving mechanism extends in a first direction and is configured to drive the three-dimensional cutter to move in the first direction, and the three-dimensional cutter is configured to be driven to move in a second direction and in a third direction, each of the second direction and the third direction being perpendicular to the first direction.

    Abstract: A peeling device includes a rolling mechanism, a peeling mechanism, and a suction mechanism. The rolling mechanism includes a feeding wheel and a receiving wheel. At least one of the feeding wheel and the receiving wheel is configured to rotate. The peeling mechanism includes a peeling plate including a first surface and a side surface. The suction mechanism includes a support table and a rotary suction cup. A carrier tape is transmitted in sequence around the feeding wheel, the first surface, the side surface, and the receiving wheel. The peeling plate peels the material from the carrier tape at a junction of the first surface and the side surface. The support table holds the material peeled from the carrier tape. The rotary suction cup is used to suck the material from the support table and move the material to a next processing area.

    Abstract: A surface light source device and system for monitoring uniformity of brightness of the device are disclosed, the device includes a light source unit; a light guide plate, and at least one light uniformity plate. The light guide plate includes a light incident surface and a light emitting surface, the light incident surface is disposed in a light emitting direction of the light source unit; and the light incident surface is disposed in a light emitting direction of the light source unit. The at least one light uniformity plate comprises a light receiving surface facing the light emitting surface, the light receiving surface is defined with a plurality of zones, and each zone is provided with a photosensitive element which senses and measures the brightness of light. A method of operating the monitoring system is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A scanning device includes a scanner, a fixing seat, a sensor, and a processor. The fixing seat is provided with a positioning groove for fixing a position of a workpiece. The sensor senses whether the workpiece is on the fixing base. The processor is communicatively coupled to the scanner and the sensor and used for receiving signals from the sensor and sending instructions to the scanner. If the sensor senses the workpiece on the fixing base, the processor controls the scanner to scan an identification code on the workpiece. If the sensor does not sense the workpiece on the fixing base, the processor controls the scanner to stop scanning.

    Abstract: A suction assembly includes a main body, a sealing ring, an air duct, and a suction head. The main body includes a columnar wall, a top cover arranged at one end of the columnar wall and defining a first through hole, and a bottom cover arranged at another end of the columnar wall and defining a second through hole. The first through hole communicates with a negative pressure generating device. The sealing ring is sealed in the main body and movably arranged between the top cover and the bottom cover. The air duct includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The first end passes through the second through hole and is fixed in the sealing ring. The suction head is coupled to the second end.
