    摘要: The present invention discloses an optical testing device includes a base, a holder, and a number of illuminating modules. The base defines a sliding groove extending along a first direction in a top surface thereof. The holder slides along a second direction on the top surface of the base. The interval regulator is connected to the holder. The illuminating modules are slidably received in the sliding groove. Each of the illuminating modules comprises a circuit board and a single lighting element set on the circuit board. The interval regulator drives the holder to slide along a second direction so that a distance between the holder and the illuminating modules is regulated. The first direction is not parallel to the second direction.

The optical inspection device houses optical imaging components that acquire microscope visual images and acquire interference fringe images of a plurality of optical specimens along an optical path. The optical path is located along an optical axis of the optical inspection device. The interface is coupled to the optical inspection device and is configured to removably engage a polishing work holder that supports the plurality of optical specimens. The interface allows an optical specimen axis of each of the plurality of optical specimens and the optical axis of the optical inspection device to be aligned.

The precision apparatus (10) includes a first alignment rod (316A), a second alignment rod (316B), and a third alignment rod (316C) that extend parallel to the optical axis (22). The mounting assembly (18) includes a mounting bracket (20) having (i) a first component mount (242) for retaining the optical component (14), (ii) a first rod aperture (234) that receives the first alignment rod (316A) and a first rod lock (236) that selectively locks the first alignment rod (316A) to the mounting bracket (20), (iii) a second rod aperture (238) that receives the second alignment rod (316B) and a second rod lock (240) that selectively locks the second alignment rod (316B) to the mounting bracket (20), and (iv) a third rod aperture (356) that receives the third alignment rod (316C) and a third rod lock (358) that selectively locks the third alignment rod (316C) to the mounting bracket (20). The rod apertures (234) (238) (356) are spaced apart in a fashion to form the corners of an obtuse triangle (364). With this design, the mounting bracket (20) securely retains the optical component (14) while providing unobstructed access to the optical axis (22) for the easy and at-will insertion and removal of the optical components (14). This allows for the relatively easy arrangement, assembly, modification, and/or repair of the precision apparatus (10).

    摘要: The invention provides an optical element inspection device and an optical element inspection method capable of inspecting a relative position of each reflective surface of an optical element. An optical element inspection device includes a pedestal with a cross-dichroic prism installed thereon, an autocollimator which introduces the measurement light into any of four reflective surfaces at the angle of incidence of 45°, and detects the return light thereof, and a switching device to introduce the measurement light into only either a left area or a right area. The relative position between two reflective surfaces of each color reflective surface can be easily inspected by introducing the measurement light in only the reflective surface of either area of the color reflective surface by a switching device.

    摘要: An optical bench 10 is cast from a single piece of material and provided with a number of optical component supports 14 which extend upwardly from a base 12. The optical component supports 14 are integral with the base 12, increasing their rigidity. The bench 10 may be cast with additional material in strategic areas to allow for future optimization of the bench 10—for example, the mounting of specific optical components throughout the bench 10. Further, the bench 10 may be provided with regions 24, 26, and 28 of varying rigidity by placing support struts 68 closer together in areas where greater rigidity is required. Apertures 30 may be provided in the bench 10 to enable the routing of conduits through the bench 10.
