摘要： To provide a hair styling cosmetic composition which is excellent in hair styling property, hair restyling property and hair set retention property, even though being water-based and having a low viscosity, and is excellent in non-stickiness, smoothness, and light finish of the hair. A hair styling cosmetic composition comprising (a) a surfactant being solid at room temperature (25° C.) in an amount of from 1.5 to 12% by mass, (b) one or more substances being solid at room temperature selected from among (b1) a sugar alcohol, (b2) a sugar, (b3) a polyalkylene glycol polymer, and (b4) an inorganic salt, (c) a mono- to tetra-alcohol derivative and/or a sugar alcohol derivative, which are liquid at room temperature, and (d) a film-forming polymer, wherein the total amount of component (a) and component (b) is at least 6% by mass, and the viscosity of the system is at most 10,000 mPa·s (at 25° C. with B-type viscometer).

Specifically disclosed is a hair cosmetic comprising a novel adhesive setting resin which is obtained by combining and polymerizing monomers having a specific structure and has a moderate firmness and a high adhesive force when forming a film and further comprising at least one member selected from a cationic surfactant, a silicone derivative, and a polyhydric alcohol, and an alcohol. Accordingly, a hair cosmetic having both fixing ability and arranging ability, and also imparting an excellent sense of use (smoothness and moistness) is obtained.

摘要： A hair cosmetic is provided in which the hair (hair style) can be set due to the adhesiveness thereof and yet which shows an excellent hair-arranging ability (including hair-restyling ability). Specifically disclosed is a hair cosmetic comprising, as a hair-setting resin, an adhesive setting resin which is obtained by combining and polymerizing monomers having specific structures and which shows an appropriate hardness and a high adhesiveness in a step of forming a film. In addition, this hair cosmetic preferably contains at least one component selected from a sugar, a sugar alcohol and an EO/PO derivative. Thus, a hair cosmetic having both a high hair-setting power and a good hair-arranging ability can be obtained.
