A hair styling cosmetic composition comprising (a) (a1) a polyalkylene glycol polymer or (a2) a sugar alcohol that is solid at room temperature (25° C.), (b) a polyalkylene glycol polymer being liquid at room temperature (25° C.), and (c) a film-forming polymer, wherein the ratio of component (a) to component (b) is from 1/0.2 to 1/10 (by mass), the ratio of component (b) to component (c) is from 1/0.1 to 1/1 (by mass), the total content of components (a) to (c) is at least 8% by mass, and the viscosity of the system is at most 10,000 mPa·s (at 25° C. with B-type viscometer).

摘要： Disclosed is a hair-styling cosmetic which exerts good hair-styling effect and hair-restyling effect, although being water-based and having a low viscosity, shows no stickiness and high smoothness and gives the sense of a favorable light finish. Specifically disclosed is a hair-styling cosmetic containing 3-30% by mass of one or more kinds of components selected from among a sugar alcohol, a polyalkylene glycol and derivatives thereof, characterized by having such an adhesiveness as showing a ball number of 1-30 in the inclined ball tack test (inclination angle 10°, measured at 25° C., humidity 50%), and a viscosity of 100 mPa·s or less (measured with a B-type viscometer at 25° C.). Thus, a hair-styling cosmetic, which exerts good hair-styling effect and hair-restyling effect, shows no stickiness and high smoothness, gives the sense of a favorable light finish, and is suitable for application by mist-spraying, can be obtained.

摘要： A hair-styling cosmetic exerts good effect, although being water-based and having a low viscosity, shows no stickiness and high smoothness and gives the sense of a favorable light finish and is suitable for mist-spraying. Disclosed is a hair-styling cosmetic containing (a) 0.1-10 mass % of an adhesive resin, and (b) 3-30 mass % of one or more kinds of components selected from among a sugar alcohol, a polyalkylene glycol and derivatives thereof, characterized in that the adhesive resin (a) has such properties that a film of 0.1 mm in thickness is formed of a composition containing said resin substantially at a ratio of 50 mass % has, after drying for 1 day at 25° C. and humidity 50%, an adhesiveness of showing a ball number of 1-30 in the inclined ball tack test (inclination angle 30°, measured at 25° C., humidity 50%).

Specifically disclosed is a hair cosmetic comprising a novel adhesive setting resin which is obtained by combining and polymerizing monomers having a specific structure and has a moderate firmness and a high adhesive force when forming a film and further comprising at least one member selected from a cationic surfactant, a silicone derivative, and a polyhydric alcohol, and an alcohol. Accordingly, a hair cosmetic having both fixing ability and arranging ability, and also imparting an excellent sense of use (smoothness and moistness) is obtained.

摘要： A hair cosmetic is provided in which the hair (hair style) can be set due to the adhesiveness thereof and yet which shows an excellent hair-arranging ability (including hair-restyling ability). Specifically disclosed is a hair cosmetic comprising, as a hair-setting resin, an adhesive setting resin which is obtained by combining and polymerizing monomers having specific structures and which shows an appropriate hardness and a high adhesiveness in a step of forming a film. In addition, this hair cosmetic preferably contains at least one component selected from a sugar, a sugar alcohol and an EO/PO derivative. Thus, a hair cosmetic having both a high hair-setting power and a good hair-arranging ability can be obtained.

摘要： The present invention provides a hairstyling cosmetic that applies easily; fits smoothly to hair; thickens thus has a superior hairstyling capacity immediately after application; and has suitable setting capacity, re-hairstyling capacity, and non-stickiness because upon completion of hairstyling, entire solvent volatilizes and a hairstyling component precipitates. The hairstyling cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by comprising: (a) one or more block-type alkylene oxide derivative(s) selected from formulae (I), (II), and (III), which is solid at room temperature (25° C.) and insoluble in water but soluble in lower alcohols to become transparent; and (b) a solvent containing water and a lower alcohol, wherein the component (a) dissolves in component (b), and as the lower alcohol preferentially volatilizes after application, component (a) is admixed with the solvent with a changed composition, and then substantially entire solvent volatilizes: R1O-[(AO)p(EO)q(AO)r]—R2 (I) R1O-[(EO)p(AO)q(EO)r]—R2 (II) R1O-[(EO)p(AO)qR3(AO)s(EO)r]—R2 (III) wherein AO is an oxyalkylene group having 3 to 4 carbon atoms, EO is an oxyethylene group, p, q, r, and s are the average addition mole numbers, 1≦p+r≦90, and 1≦q+s≦90, the percentage of the oxyethylene groups with respect to the sum of the oxyalkylene groups having 3 to 4 carbon atoms and the oxyethylene groups is 20 to 80 mass %; each of R1 and R2 is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom and they can be either the same or different; and R3 is a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 1 to 36 carbon atoms.
