Abstract:
A system including at least a first command issuing device and at least one second command receiving device, each including a control unit and a short-range radio communication unit, the system configured to use at least a first functional profile allowing execution of a first function, the first profile allowing the first device to generate a first coded message, the first function being executed by the at least one second command receiving device upon receipt of the first coded message by the second device. The system is further configured such that the second command receiving device can execute a second function in response to receipt of the first coded message.
Abstract:
The smart battery includes an electronic circuit for managing the supply voltage connected to a battery. The electronic circuit includes a battery end-of-life detector, a management unit, an oscillator stage, a DC-DC converter powered on when the supply voltage of the battery is close or equal to a battery end-of-life threshold, and a data or command communication interface. The data or command communication interface is a 1-wire interface which is connected to a positive supply voltage terminal of the smart battery for transmitting a modulated data or command signal through one of the supply voltage terminals. The modulated signal transmitted by the interface may include battery end-of-life information.
Abstract:
Sealed pushbutton for a wristwatch comprising a pushbutton head that is movable between a resting position and an active position, a first fixed conductive element and a second movable conductive element. It comprises an elastically deformable capsule that hermetically covers the first fixed conductor, wherein an upper surface of the capsule is in physical contact with a lower surface of the pushbutton head. The capsule can be located in a non-deformed position when the pushbutton head is in its resting position and in a deformed position when the pushbutton head is in its active position, and the first and second conductive elements form a capacitive or resistive switch device, wherein the switch is in open state when the pushbutton head is in its resting position and in closed state when the pushbutton head is in its active position.
