Abstract: Systems and methods for accessing telephony services via an application plug-in are provided herein. In some embodiments, a method for accessing telephony services via an application plug-in may include sending a first request to a telephony service provider system to authenticate a first user on a first device to access telephony service account features within an application using the application plug-in, receiving, via a user interface of the application plug-in, telephony service account configuration information, and sending, via the application plug-in, the telephony service account configuration information received to the telephony service provider system to update telephony service account configuration settings of the first user.
