摘要: A sodding element for sodding sod bodies consisting of natural soil and/or substrate surfaces is described. The sodding element comprises a seed mat, which has seeds that are distributed uniformly at separate locations and are secured and held in place by the seed mat. In addition to the seeds, the seed mat laid on the sod body also contains a dry adhesive so that the seed mat is bonded to the sod body under the influence of water.

摘要: A construction element covered with vegetation for horizontal, pitched and/or vertical surfaces of structures. The construction element has a lower base plate, which is embodied as an insulating board, and an upper vegetation layer with shorter and/or taller plants. A plant adhesive layer is arranged between the insulating board and the vegetation layer. A layer of a material that renders possible plant growth for shorter and/or taller plants is adhered on the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is embodied in a non-vapor retardant manner so that it is permeable for water vapor.

摘要: A striplike body of vegetation which is used to cover roofs with thin layers of vegetation. The inventive body of vegetation is comprised of structural matting arranged on at least one base. The structural matting can be filled with a substrate and germinative plant material, especially seeds, shoots, spores or parts of shoots. The base consists of a feltlike nonwoven material which is only slightly permeable with respect to wind but which has a substantial water storage capacity. According to the invention, the striplike body of vegetation is characterised in that at least the base is permeable with respect to wind as a result of the introduction of holes.

摘要: According to the present invention, in the first instance, new aminopolyols, which can be obtained from the disaccharides isomaltose, isomaltulose and .alpha.-D-glucopyranosyl (1.fwdarw.1)-D-fructose, are prepared. These compounds, designated as isomaltamines and having the formulae: ##STR1## as well as mixtures of the same, are produced by the reductive amination of the aforementioned saccharides by means of ammonia or hydrazine compounds in the presence of catalysts, such as Raney nickel, and hydrogen, or by means of complex metallic hydrides, such as sodium borohydride, in solution or suspension. The invention relates, furthermore, to the N-acyl derivatives of the individual isomaltamines or their mixtures as well as to the production of the N-acylates by a selective N-acylation. Depending upon the nature of the acyl radical, these acylates can be used for example, as surfactants or (similarly to N-acrylamide) for the production of polymers.

摘要: The invention relates to a vegetation element (10) for greening artificial or natural surfaces with dicotyledonous plants (18). The vegetation element consists of a support (14), soil improvement substrate (16) and dicotyledonous plants (18) and is configured such that it can be rolled up. According to the invention the vegetation element is characterized in that the support is a net (28), a woven or knitted fabric, a randomly bonded nonwoven or a fibre mixture which can be deposited on natural or artificially produced mineral soil (12). The soil (12) is prepared aseptically and the soil improvement substrate (16) is incorporated into an upper layer (24) of the soil (12) by compression or mixing, whereby the pH of the substrate (16) differs from the pH of the soil (12) and is adjusted to meet the physiological needs of the dicotyledonous plants (18). As a result a mixed layer (20) of soil (12) and substrate (16) is formed which has a line (22) separating it from the unmixed soil situated underneath. Germinable plant material of the dicotyledonous plants (18) is introduced into the mixed layer (20). As they form, the roots of the plants become anchored in the mixed layer (20) and the support (14). The above vegetation element (10) is further characterized in that it can be machine-stripped.

摘要: The invention relates to a vegetation support (10) consisting of a mat of entangled organic fibers (14) which form said vegetation support (10). A substrate (20) is introduced into the hollow spaces of the mat (12) and a plant material (22) able to germinate, especially seeds, spores, sprouts or the like, is planted on an upper side (16) of the mat (12). The fibers (14) of the mat (12) are secured against detachment from the mat (12). The inventive vegetation support (10) is characterized in that the mat (12) fibers (14) are coconut fibers and that a plant-compatible binding agent (28) is used to prevent the fibers (14) from becoming detached from the mat (12). The binding agent is applied to the surfaces of at least a part of the fibers (14) and ensures that the fibers (14) of the mat (12) are at least partly glued to each other.
